Poultry

Live poultry is shipped directly from Myers Poultry according to their hatching and shipping schedule. For details, please contact info@myerspoultry.com about the status of your order.

No. Due to the nature of shipping live animals and biosecurity protocols, poultry orders are final and non-returnable. Losses must be reported to Myers Poultry within 48 hours. Depending on what occurred, Myers Poultry will offer a refund or replacement for poultry orders that meet the criteria.

Supplements

Our supplements are formulated for poultry of all types and safe when used according to the manufacturer’s directions. Always follow dosage instructions on the label.

Our products can be used on poultry of any age. Supplements are especially beneficial for day-old chicks after being in transit, but they are also useful for established flocks that are experiencing stress, excessive heat, or nutrient and vitamin deficiencies. 

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened consumables such as gels, powders, or feed additives. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days if they are still in good condition.

While our supplements can be beneficial to the health and wellness of your flock, we do not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. If your flock is showing signs of illness, it is always best to consult with a licensed poultry veterinarian. 

Yes. All supplements are shipped with clear expiration dates printed on the packaging. We guarantee that all products sold are new and within date at the time of sale.

Most supplements should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refer to the manufacturer’s label for specific storage instructions.

Yes, supplies and supplements are shipped year-round. Please note that certain items may be sensitive to extreme heat or freezing during transit. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if there are any issues.

Please contact us at info@agroproducts.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for your order. We will not cover more than the purchase price of the item.
