Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due when the order is placed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover through our website and over the phone.

Phone orders can be paid securely by credit card.

At no time will Agro Products LLC credit an amount exceeding the original purchase price for items that are returned.

Privacy Policy

Agro Products LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We safeguard your personal information and will never sell your data (such as your name, address, phone number, or email).

If you place an order for live poultry, your information will be shared with Myers Poultry for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. This may include order confirmations, shipping updates, or other communication related to your poultry purchase.

We only have access to information you provide when placing an order, contacting us, or subscribing to our email/blog. All transactions on our site are encrypted for your security.

Supplies and Supplements Policy

All supplies and supplements carry manufacturer labeling, including usage directions and expiration dates. Please store supplements in a cool, dry place unless otherwise indicated on the packaging.

For health and safety reasons, opened consumables (including supplements, gels, or feed additives) are not eligible for return. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please see our return policy on products for more information.

Products may be sensitive to heat or cold during transit; please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you notice any issues with your supplements or products, please reach out to Agro Products LLC immediately to request a refund or replacement.

All products should be used as directed by the manufacturer. Agro Products LLC is not responsible for improper use or off-label application of supplements or supplies.

Product Shipping Policies

Shipping rates are calculated by weight. Orders will ship within 2 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days.

We guarantee that products will arrive in good condition. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@agroproducts.com.

Returns for Products

Agro Products LLC allows returns for poultry supplements and products, so long as the following conditions are met:

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be undamaged, unused, and still in the original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Live Poultry Shipping Policies

All live poultry orders placed through Agro Products LLC are fulfilled and shipped by our partner, Myers Poultry. For a full breakdown on their pricing and shipping policies, please view the Myers Poultry website for more information.

Poultry is subject to availability, and hatching/shipping times may change due to factors outside of the hatchery's control.

Poultry ships only within the continental United States (excluding Hawaii). For a full breakdown of pricing and shipping on poultry orders, please see the shipping matrix on the Myers Poultry website.

Questions or concerns about live poultry orders should be directed to Myers Poultry at info@myerspoultry.com, as we do not handle logistics for order fulfillment or shipping.

Live Poultry Guarantee

Myers Poultry offers a 48-hour livability guarantee on their birds. Birds are packed and shipped according to weather, with the best possible care taken to prevent losses. However, loss can occur due to factors outside of the hatchery's control, such as weather, improper handling, or shipping delays with USPS. Should death loss occur:

  • Death loss must be reported to Myers Poultry at customercare@myerspoultry.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photos and documentation may be required as proof of death loss.
  • Due to the nature of shipping live animals, returns are not accepted. Refunds or replacements, if applicable, are handled directly by Myers Poultry.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Products: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet shipped.

Live Poultry: Cancellations can be called in to Myers Poultry at 814-539-7026. For all cancellations, there will be a 10% fee. This fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount. This includes online purchases, orders made by phone, and mail-in orders. The fee applies to all orders, regardless of the amount of time before the shipment date. If the order is cancelled less than two weeks before shipping, Myers Poultry reserves the right to not cancel the order. Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of hatch.

Taxes

Sales tax will be applied where required by state law and is calculated at checkout.

Limitation of Liability

Agro Products LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. Responsibility for live poultry transfers to the buyer and carrier once the birds leave the hatchery, except for the 48-hour death loss guarantee provided by Myers Poultry.
